The State of the Climate 2014 report was released by the CSIRO and the Bureau of Meteorology. Climate changes include sea-level rise, ocean acidification, increased frequency and intensity of extreme weather events, longer periods of hot days, and changes in rainfall frequency and intensity.
Reductions in global greenhouse gas emissions would help constrain future global warming. Nonetheless, adaptation is required as some warming and associated changes are unavoidable. Read more Comments are closed.
